[ Note that the dt change is in patch 5/7, for those only interested in that particular bit. ] This series implements BCLK master modes for the pcm512x driver. It has only been tested with the pcm5142 chip, but they are from the same family and should be compatible. I have mainly used the spec for the newer pcm5242 chip (also from the same family) as it fills in a lot of blanks in the pcm512x/pcm514x specs. The code has also seen most of its testing in a 3.10 environment, so there might be some forward-porting warts. But it is able to play sound in 3.18 as well, and most of the changes have little to do with anything but the clocking in the chip itself. Changes since v1: - Use snd_soc_params_to_frame_size and snd_soc_params_to_bclk instead of implementing home-grown versions based on the physical width. The I2S-communication will no longer have padding bits for S24_LE. v3: * Added bindings for the LTN140AT29 panel * Removed the delay in pwrseq, as what was actually needed was to add a dependency on the power supplies of the host * Uses the pinmux for the Blaze as generated by tegra-pinmux-scripts * Uses the pinmux for the Big as in the last patch from Simon Glass Hello, this series adds support for the Tegra-based HP Chromebook 14 (aka nyan blaze), which is very similar to the Acer Chromebook 13 (aka nyan big). Because they both include tegra124-nyan.dtsi, some improvements to Blaze support have also benefitted the Big. I have tested that USB2, the panels, HDMI, the trackpad, Wifi and sound work on both. Hello Lars-Peter, i followed the instructions on: http://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-software/sigmadsp_gen… and built the firmware from my xml-file. But when the driver loads, I always get: adau1701 2-0034: Failed to load firmware: Invalid version 2. Supported firmware versions: 1 adau1701 2-0034: Failed to load firmware adau1701 2-0034: ASoC: can't set adau1701 hw params: -22 I have been using that .xml/.bin file in 3.14.13 for some time, but now in 3.18.3 I always get the version mismatch from above.
