[Sound-open-firmware] Disable SOF power management on BYT by default?

Hi Mengdong,

PM_OPS are set in sof-pci-dev and sof-acpi-dev but the suspend/resume
ops are only set for APL at the moment (in apl.c).
So they wouldnt actually do anything in the case of  BYT.
