[Sound-open-firmware] [PATCH 0/3] Add MCLK ID to SSP config

Some platforms expose more than one MCLK's. Add a MCLK_ID
token to use in such cases.

Please note that there arent any examples of MCLK ID other than 0
in any of the test topologies yet. But future platforms might have the
need for it.
