Btw, now that we have 64bit timestamp it would be good to print
 
[seconds.microseconds] delta [seconds.microseconds] value xxxxxxxxx
 
instead of
 
trace.io: timestamp 0x0000000000000000 (0.00 us) delta 0x0000000000000000 (0.00 us) value 0x00000000
