[Sound-open-firmware] [PATCH] ct-ng: fix 404 error for expat

For some reason ./ct-ng build fails to download expat-2.1-0,
apparently the file location changed on SourceForge.
Fix with working path found in

ct-ng is only a dependency for SOF, we'll have to figure out how this
can be fixed upstream. This patch may be useful for anyone trying to follow
the wiki instructions and failing to build
