UCM can't match the USB device ID in Ubuntu 20.04

alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf issue #119 was opened from shumingfan:

We created the UCM2 conf files and used the 'components' string to match the right UCM config.
Unfortunately, the system can't apply the right UCM config.

The test files and alsa-lib version shows below.
