[PATCH 0/3] ALSA: usb-audio: Yet more fixes for Pioneer devices

Hi,

the Pioneer UAC1 devices still didn't work with the recent changes,
and after debugging sessions, a few issues were discovered.  Below are
the patches to cover those errors.
