[alsa-devel] Can't detect "XRUNs"

Just in case I tried echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/snd_pcm/enable
(so for the whole snd_pcm instead of just xrun)

and I can see a lot of events hwptr/applptr in
/sys/kernel/debug/tracing/trace, so I guess tracing is working.

I'm going back to the program to see if there is anything suspect.
