[alsa-devel] [PATCH v6 7/7] ALSA: bump PCM protocol to 2.0.13

Bump PCM protocol to enable use of STATUS_EXT ioctls, older
apps will still use STATUS and audio timestamp configuration
is not supported (backwards compatible behavior).
