Hi Charles :
Thanks for yours feedback.

According your suggestion, I combine the redundant codes and fix some
mistakes.
(rates_12288[] and rates_18432[]      => rates_48000[]
 rates_112896[] and rates_169344[]  => rates_44100[]
 2400 => 24000
)
I also add snd_pcm_hw_constraint_list() to restrict sysclk.
