Here is the patch series for adding DSP support for Intel's merrifield platform.

Changes in v2:
* Use standard dapm types instead for mixer controls
* Removed register file, rather use dapm cached value for mixers
* Removed read/write handlers for virtual registers
* Removed accessing DAPM core data structures
