[alsa-devel] [PATCH 2/4] ASoC: SAMSUNG: Clean-up DMA header file

This patch moves DMA specific definitions, they doesn't need to be
shared, into 'dma.c' from 'dma.h'. And remove unnecessery definitions
on 'dma.h'.
