Following this thread:
hw_ptr_interrupt removal broke interrupt pointer updates

I'm guessing the fixes mentioned will address this bug. We're pushing
out a new kernel with these in so will let you know if any more problems
crop up. If I don't follow up, then assume it fixes things :)
