OK, so you meant the silent output.
For this kind of problem, try aplay and speaker-test as a primary test.

The "Master" volume is fairly low volume, and...

"Analog Front" is muted.  Try to raise this volume (and other "Analog"
volumes if needed).

If it still doesn't work even after you adjust the mixer properly,
report back with the actual alsa-info.sh output.
