[alsa-devel] [PATCH] TASCAM US-122L Module

Establishes standard raw midi and custom pcm i/o.
Pcm is transmitted using mmaped memory, userspace accesses urb dma-memory.
ALSA pcm in userspace can be done using the usb_stream alsa-plugin.
Ehci-hcd note:	Module doesn't care for iso number of packets being a multiple
		of 8 so at least for vanilla kernels <= 2.6.26 it only works
		when the device is attached to an USB1.1 port.
